I hold a level 3 qualification in Childrens Care Learning and Development, I am Deputy Manager and the setting-based SENCO. Being SENCO means I work on a one-to-one basis with children with special educational needs and disabilities.  I coordinate with parents to individually support them and also the staff to provide the correct knowledge to help each child in their care.  I am based in the pre-school room; I support the children in becoming ‘school ready’ and prepare fun and educational activities for the children each day which reflect the EYFS.

I hold all of my mandatory training, I am a designated safeguarding lead, Level 3 qualified first aider and the setting fire marshal.
