I hold a level 3 Diploma in childcare and education.  I am a qualified Early Years Practitioner with 12 years of experience in working in private nursery settings.  I also have 2 years of experience working as a deputy manager in a previous setting, this knowledge helps me day to day in my current role.  I am currently based in the baby room where I support the babies in their various stages of development.

I am DSL trained an am also a level 3 first aider.  I have experience in SEN and I use those experiences when supporting the children at Kinder Care.
