Senior Deputy Manager

I am level 3 qualified in childcare and level 5 qualified in management.  I have 15 years’ experience in working in early years and I have worked at Kinder Care for 8 years. 

I began working here as a nursery practitioner and have worked my way up to senior deputy manager.  I have worked with all age ranges from babies to pre-school and although I am not based in a specific room, I enjoy spending time with the children and offering my staff any support that they may need.

I also liaise with a lot of outside professionals on a daily basis which in really enjoy doing.

I am a designated safeguard lead; level 3 first aid trained and hold all of my mandatory training.
