I established my first nursery in 1997 and have since successfully established and managed another two nurseries, I have years of experience in child care, management and a FDA level 5 degree in Early years.

Sayeda Rukaiya Maulana
I am the deputy manager at Kinder Care Day Nursery. I have a BA Honours in Education Studies and qualified in 2013. Before becoming Deputy Manager, I was based in the Tweenie room and still support the children and staff in there each and every day. I am also supporting in the Tweenie room as well as being in the office.
I have been working at Kinder Care Day Nursery since December 2015. I started working in Tweenies but now I’m the deputy manager of the nursery and second in charge. I have a level 5 in management. Although, I am primarily based in the office I’ve worked with and still support preschool, tweenies and babies.
I am the first friendly face who greets parents, carers and children at the nursery gate! I am always happy to help, come and say hello!
Nursery Nurse / SENCO
I am level 3 qualified in Children’s Care, Learning and Development. I am based in the Tweenie room working with the children to get them ready for their next journey into Pre-school. I am also the setting based Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) I work on a one to one basis with children with special educational needs and coordinate with parents to individually support them and also staff to provide the correct knowledge to help each child in their care.
I have recently completed my level 3 in childcare. I am based in the Baby room. My aim is to ensure all the babies feel safe, secure and happy in my care. To build their confidence so that they can explore and play as independent learners. I am really enjoying my experience here at Kinder Care and am gaining a lot of knowledge and experience.
Better known as Becky I am the nursery's very own Cook. I have been working at Kinder Care for 5 years this September.
I freshly prepare morning and afternoon snacks and cook deliciously, nutritious dinners and teas! With the best possible rating of 5 stars from the Food standards agency, ensuring my kitchen is spotless is my pride and joy! Furthermore, we have worked with Startwell to improve our menus and identify allergens.
I am based in the Pre-school room and have completed a degree in Childhood Studies. My degree has provided me with extensive knowledge into the EYFS and taught me the importance of child development. My aim is to use my theory-based knowledge and experiences to support children to meet their developmental milestones by creating a safe and stimulating environment. Furthermore, I have developed positive relationships with children, parents and staff.
I am a level 6 graduate of Early Childhood Studies and qualified in 2017. At Kinder Care I am based in pre school but previous to this I have experience working with 2-year olds. This gives me a good range of knowledge and adaptability to support in other playrooms and support the staff in my team.
I joined Kinder Care in 2016. I work all over the nursery as a support staff, sometimes doing one to one with children who need the support. I have a level 3 qualification and have trained in Paediatric First Aid, Child Protection and Basic Food and Hygiene
